Tour Itinerary
 Day 01 : Arrival in Delhi
Upon arrival in New Delhi, Marudhar Tours & Travels representative will greet and assist you to transfer to the pre-booked hotel. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. Welcome dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 02 : Delhi
In the morning after breakfast start a full-day tour of Old and New Delhi after breakfast.
¤ Old Delhi - A sightseeing tour of Old Delhi would entail visiting the Raj Ghat - the memorial site where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated; Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in India and the Red Fort - once the most opulent fort and palace of the Moghul Empire.
Enjoy the cycle rickshaw ride from Jama Masjid to Chandni Chowk.
¤ New Delhi - An extensive sightseeing tour of New Delhi would include a visit to the Humayun’s Tomb, the Qutub Minar, a drive along the ceremonial avenue - Rajpath, past the imposing India Gate, Parliament House, the President’s Residence, Lotus Temple and would end with a drive through the Diplomatic Enclave.
Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 03 : Delhi – Agra
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and then drive to Agra – the home of Taj Mahal. On the way, stop at Sikandra to visit the massive red sandstone and marble tomb of the Mughal Emperor Akbar. The tomb of Akbar at Sikandra exhibits a unique blend of Hindu and Islamic architectural styles. Upon arrival at Agra, Marudhar Tours & Travels representative will assist you to transfer to the hotel. Spend rest of the day at leisure or in your own individual activities. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 04-05 : Agra
Taj Mahal is awaiting your arrival today morning. A must see with the rising sun as the Taj Mahal is bathed in the golden rays of the morning sun. Built by Shah Jahan, the Taj is a white marble memorial that houses the tomb of his beautiful wife Mumtaz Mahal. This monument took 22 years to be completed and was designed, and planned by Persian architect Ustad Isa. Apart from its stunning design, balance and perfect symmetry, the Taj is also noted particularly for its elegant domes, intricately carved screens and some of the best inlay work ever seen anywhere in the world. Then see the Agra Fort built by Akbar where Shahjahan was imprisoned by his own son Aurangzeb. Also visit the Itmad-ud-Daullah Tomb. It is the first Mughal building built out completely of marble. In many contexts it is referred to being the predecessor of the Taj Mahal. It interiors are considered as more beautiful than Taj Mahal. Then visit Sikandra the tomb of the great emperor Akbar. Day 06 : Agra – Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur (The Pink City)
Have a relaxed breakfast at the hotel and then drive to Jaipur, Rajasthan – the Pink City of India. En route visit Fatehpur Sikri. Visit the Panch Mahal, the Buland Darwaza, the Dargah of Sheikh Salim Chisti and Jodha Bai Palace at Fatehpur Sikri. Continue your drive to Jaipur – the Pink City of India. Upon arrival in Jaipur, Marudhar Tours & Travels representative will assist you to transfer to the hotel. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 07 : Jaipur (The Pink City)
In the morning visit the Amber fort in the morning; included is an elephant ride at the Amber fort. See the marvelous Shish Mahal built in the 17th century in a fusion style of Hindu and Islamic art. Also see the hall of public audiences and Maharaja Man Singh’s Palace who had twelve queens. After lunch embark on sightseeing tour of Jaipur city including City Palace and its Museum, Jantar Mantar Observatory, and Hawa Mahal. In the evening enjoy shopping in the colorful and bustling bazaars. Diner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 08 : Jaipur – Ajmer – Pushkar
After hearty breakfast at the hotel drive to Pushkar, Rajasthan – the Sacred City of India visiting en route Ajmer – one of the most important Muslim pilgrim centres. Visit Dargarh Sharif at Ajmer. Continue your drive to the holy city Pushkar. Upon arrival at Pushkar, Marudhar Tours & Travels representative will assist you to transfer to the hotel. Walk around the holy Pushkar Lake and see several ghats and temples. See the Brahma Temple – the only Brahma Temple in the world. Also visit the rose farm. Day 09 : Pushkar – Udaipur (The City of Lakes)
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and then drive to Udaipur, Rajasthan. Udaipur is one of the most beautiful cities of Rajasthan, India. It is known for its elegant palaces, lovely lakes, and landscape beauty. It is considered as one of the most romantic cities of the world. Day 11 : Udaipur (The City of Lakes) – Jodhpur
Have a very hearty breakfast at the hotel and then drive to Jodhpur, Rajasthan – the Blue City of India. It is also known as the Sun City. Visit en route famous Jain Temples at Ranakpur.
